Spicy Non-Alcoholic Margarita with Lyre's Agave Blanco for Dry July

Going Dry this July? Make it a Lyre's Margarita

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh lime juice (about 8-10 limes)
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2-3 oranges)
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup Lyre's Agave Blanco
- 1/2 cup sparkling water or club soda
- 1 jalapeño pepper, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon chili powder (optional, for extra spice)
- Ice cubes
- Salt for rimming the glass
- Lime wedges for garnish
- Orange slices for garnish
- Fresh cilantro or mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Prepare the Jalapeño Infusion:
- In a small bowl, combine the lime juice, orange juice, and jalapeño slices. Allow it to sit for at least 15-20 minutes to let the flavors infuse. For a stronger spice, let it sit longer.

2. Rim the Glass:
- Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your serving glasses.
- Dip the rims in salt to coat.

3. Mix the Margarita:
- In a pitcher, strain the infused juice to remove the jalapeño slices.
- Add the agave syrup or honey, and stir well until it is fully dissolved.
- Add Lyre's Agave Blanco and stir to combine.
- Add the sparkling water or club soda, and gently stir to combine.

4. Assemble the Drink:
- Fill the salt-rimmed glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the spicy margarita mixture over the ice.
- Add a sprinkle of chili powder for extra spice if desired.

5. Garnish and Serve:
- Garnish with lime wedges, orange slices, and a few fresh cilantro or mint leaves.

6. Enjoy:
- Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing, spicy non-alcoholic margarita!

This recipe incorporates Lyre's Agave Blanco for an authentic margarita taste without the alcohol. Adjust the spice level and sweetness to your liking. Cheers!
