Winemaking
Spinning cone distillation was utilised at low temperatures to remove the alcohol. The wine was bottled soon after fermentation.
Aroma
Rose petal and red berry aromas along with freshly crushed grapes and a spicy perfume dominate the nose.
Palate
These aromas characters follow through to the palate along with a fruitiness that is balanced by acidity and spritz.
Peak Drinking
Serve well chilled and enjoy while young and vibrant.
Growing Conditions
This wine is made from Muscat of Alexandria grapes from the Murray Valley in north west Victoria. Harvested from early March to early June at baumés ranging from 9.7 to 12.8.
