The new premium range for Plus & Minus are the best tasting zero alcohol wines available. Thanks to groundbreaking technology the alcohol is removed via a ultra-membrane filter, ensuring a gentler process that helps retain the wine’s vibrancy and flavours. Plus & Minus is a contemporary range of wines developed to be richer in antioxidants, minus the alcohol. These zero alcohol wines have been hand-made without the use of any artificial sweeteners but do see the addition of grape skin extract (GSE) during the winemaking process.

This GSE is rich in naturally occurring antioxidants delivering more of those benefits that can already be found in red wine but without the alcohol. The Plus & Minus range of wines have been uniquely hand-crafted using only high-quality grapes from premium, dry-grown vineyards. This ensures the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured once the process of removing the alcohol has been completed.

Made with high quality 100 per cent Pinot Noir grapes the wine presents as perfectly pale in the glass and full of red fruit aromas with savoury hints. The palate delivers bright berry flavours with a hint of sweetness and the influence of tannins filling out the dry finish. Serve chilled with an Indian feast.

2021 was an outstanding vintage for the Adelaide Hills and it came as a welcome relief after the appalling conditions of the previous year. A cool, wet spring helped with soil moisture followed by a warm November ensuring no damaging weather conditions. Cool and calm weather followed that meant even ripening and good acid retention. A mild end to summer and a cool Autumn saw fruit hanging with no disease or extreme heat posing a problem. Yields and quality were up across the board.
