Snow Chrysanthemum, also known as Snow Daisy is sourced from the high-altitude Kunlun Mountains located in the Xinjiang province of China.
This is a rare and highly sought-after flower tea that spends nearly half its life under a serene blanket of snow.
Snow Daisy’s sweet, bold, and refreshing taste with intense fruit and spice notes, is perfectly complemented by the earthy and mellow profile for the ripe Pu-erh.

A proprietary fermentation process that borrows techniques from wine making to achieve the desired complexity, flavour, body and mouthfeel.
Our fermentation process involves the introduction of a non-Saccharomyces yeast strain, and a prolonged 60 day fermentation designed to increase the ratio of gluconic acid, glycerol and elevate fruity esters.
