Change of mind returns and refunds

We want you to love every sip of your drinks, but we also understand that taste is personal. Because our drinks are consumable, we’re unfortunately unable to accept returns or offer refunds simply due to personal taste preferences.

We do not offer refunds on change of mind due to shipping costs, accidental purchases or  simply that you didn’t like the taste of a product after trying it. Used and opened items cannot be returned or refunded. Please choose carefully before submitting your order.

We do not offer a refund or exchange on return shipping costs.

We do not offer exchanges online or while products are in customs waiting for international clearance. 

Return or repeat shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. 

Unsuccessful delivery of an order is the responsibility of the customer.

*International Deliveries: Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been lodged as damaged or broken at your local post office in your country to start an investigation and remuneration process of the loss or damage. Refunds cannot be processed if your item is held up in customs for up to 3 months standard or until notified as lost by customs/partnered overseas courier and or change of mind. Please follow the refund process once you have received the items in your country by lodging the damaged goods at your local post office in your country to start the process. 

If something has gone wrong, like you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at hello@thenonalcoholicclub.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.

Australian Consumer Law

  1. Nothing in these Terms attempts to modify or exclude the conditions, warranties and undertakings, and other legal rights, under the Australian Consumer Law. In Australia, our goods come with guarantees which cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. Any and all other warranties or conditions which are not guaranteed by the Australian Consumer Law are expressly excluded where permitted, except to the extent such warranties and conditions are fully expressed in these Terms.
  2. Where you return the products to us to seek an Australian Consumer Law remedy, you will need to cover any associated costs (for example delivery costs) of you returning the products to us.
  3. Where your claim is a valid claim under the Australian Consumer Law, we will refund your return delivery costs and, depending on the failure, either dispatch a new or repaired replacement product or refund you the Price of the relevant product. Please contact us for further information.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. 

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. As our products are fragile, please make sure to ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
