Shipping Policy

All Australian States Shipping

• Standard Shipping starts from $15.25 based on weight of the products. We offer Express shipping and it starts from $19.25 based on weight of the products. Shipping up to 100kg and pricing varies, for more than 100kg shipping please contact us at hello@thenonalcoholicclub.com to discuss pricing and shipping options beyond 100kg. 
  
• We will aim to process and dispatch orders within 24-48 hours of receiving them.
• We work hard to maintain accurate stock levels. In some cases due to stock level, your order may take up to 7-20 days to be dispatched while receiving stock from the warehouse and can be split in multiple deliveries. 
• Orders are processed through a third-party courier service and should arrive within 4-28 business days by standard or express shipping.
• If your order contains multiple items, your delivery may be shipped in separate packages and arrive at different times.
• We cannot guarantee or provide a day of the week or time of day for delivery.
• At times due to logistic issues, there may be delivery delays which is out of our hands. We will keep you updated on your order status. 

International Shipping

• International orders are sent via Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post Express Delivery Terms. Delivery times are on average within 22-30 business days and may take up to 90 business days* if held in customs clearance in your country. 
  
• We are unable to make enquires about your package if it is with customs and under custom clearance. Unfortunately we do not have a timeframe on how quickly customs clearance will complete in your country of delivery. This process can take up to 90 days. If your item is held in customs and if there is a concern about your package, your custom’s officer will contact you directly.
