Lyre's Amaretti, you can feel the almond on the palate and tangy with spice to keep the nutty and candied vanilla flavours to a delicious medium-sweet. Beautifully balanced sugar levels with the slight bitterness that almonds naturally produce and capture alongside vanilla, marzipan, peach, caramel, and accents of maraschino.
