Returns & Refunds Policy
Please email hello@thenonalcoholicclub.com before you begin your return.
Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 14 days of purchase in the same condition that you received it (unopened and unused).
The products must be in the original condition and have not been used, damaged or tampered with. Proof of purchase will be required to determine eligibility.
It can be processed for refunds and returns once the goods have been received back at our warehouse and assessed for eligibility. The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If an item is received damaged, broken or there is a malfunction in the product, we will work with you to offer you a replacement, exchange or refund that works best for you. Please provide us with detailed pictures and also lodge the damage at your local post office to start the refund process.
To be eligible for a return and refund, your item/s must be unopened and unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging.
We do not offer returns and refunds on partially unopened and unused products from your original package.
We do not offer refunds on change of mind or simply that you didn’t like the taste of a product after trying it. Used and opened items cannot be returned or refunded.
We do not offer a refund or exchange on return shipping costs.
We do not offer exchanges online or while products are in customs waiting for international clearance.
Return or repeat shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
Unsuccessful delivery of an order is the responsibility of the customer.
*International Deliveries: Refunds cannot be processed until the item has been lodged as damaged or broken at your local post office in your country to start an investigation and remuneration process of the loss or damage. Refunds cannot be processed if your item is held up in customs for up to 3 months standard or until notified as lost by customs/partnered overseas courier and or change of mind. Please follow the refund process once you have received the items in your country by lodging the damaged goods at your local post office in your country to start the process.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods as all transport risk is borne by the sender. As our products are fragile, please make sure to ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
