Introducing the citrus forward blend of Banks Citron using mountain-fresh Yarra Valley water with native citrus notes from Desert Lime, and Lemon Myrtle, together with Australian White Kunzea which adds aromatic layers of citrus, eucalyptus and tones of honey with the spice of wild Tasmanian Pepperberry to create a refreshing, bright citrus blend that lingers long after the last taste.

Using mountain-fresh Yarra Valley water to combine the distinctive cinnamon notes of cassia with the fresh high notes of lemon myrtle and lime. Add to this the wattleseed, which brings a nutty, roasted taste, then the spice of the wild Tasmanian pepperberry and you have a strong, memorable finish that lingers long after the final sip.

Native Australian Distilled Botanicals (Lemon Myrtle, Pepperberry, Cassia, Wattleseed) and Lime. Preservative (Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid).

Serve 60mLs over ice with premium Tonic and Soda . Garnish with a slice of lime wheel.
