Delicious and fragrant, this sparkling is complex and immersive with an abundance of rich fruity notes - especially roasted apricots and plumbs.
It pairs well with crustaceans such as lobster and crab, as well as grilled white meats, fish and umami flavours which complement the fruity and deeper toasty notes of the teas.
