1. Overview

This Subscription Policy applies to recurring purchase plans (“Subscriptions”) for selected non-alcoholic drink products that are delivered to your nominated address on a recurring basis (every 4, 6, or 8 weeks).

Only products explicitly marked as eligible for subscription on the product page can be purchased on a subscription basis.

By subscribing, you agree to this Subscription Policy, our Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

2. Subscription Eligibility

Subscriptions are available only for selected product lines. Eligibility is determined by us and may change over time.

If a product is not marked as subscription-eligible at checkout, it cannot be purchased as a subscription.

3. Subscription Options & Discounts

For eligible products, you may choose one of the following delivery frequencies:

  • Every 4 weeks

  • Every 6 weeks

  • Every 8 weeks

Each delivery frequency includes a corresponding discount relative to a one-time purchase price. Discounts apply only while the subscription remains active.

4. Automatic Billing

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the selected interval.

  • Payment is charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle.

  • Prices include the subscription discount but exclude shipping, which is calculated in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

  • If a payment attempt fails, we may retry the charge. Continued failure may result in the subscription being paused or cancelled.

5. Order Processing & Shipping

Subscription orders are processed and shipped under the same terms as standard orders, as outlined in our Shipping Policy, including dispatch timeframes, delivery estimates, and courier handling.

Shipping fees, timeframes, and international delivery conditions apply equally to subscription and non-subscription orders.

Shipping Discounts
Subscription orders are not eligible for shipping discounts, promotional free-shipping offers, or shipping-related promotions, unless expressly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

6. Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account, including the ability to:

  • Change delivery frequency

  • Skip a scheduled delivery

  • Pause or cancel your subscription

  • Update shipping address or payment details

Changes must be made before the next billing date to apply to the upcoming order.

7. Cancellation

  • Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • Orders already billed or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Pausing & Skipping

You may pause your subscription or skip individual deliveries without cancelling entirely, provided changes are made prior to the next billing date.

9. Price & Product Changes

Product availability, pricing, and subscription eligibility may change from time to time.

If a subscribed product becomes unavailable, we may:

  • Offer a suitable substitute of equal or greater value, or

  • Pause or cancel the subscription and notify you

10. Returns & Refunds

All subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Due to the consumable nature of our products:

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted

  • Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items may be eligible for a refund or replacement as required by law

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Subscription Policy from time to time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
