Click and Collect Service are offered to customers within a 50km radius of our Dispatching Warehouse Location.

SMS from 0420 311 485 will sent to arrange Local Delivery or notify when Click and Collect is ready for collection.

International Shipping and Delivery

International orders are sent via Australia Post and are subject to Australia Post Express Delivery Terms. Delivery times are on average within 22-30 business days and may take up to 90 business days* if held in customs clearance in your country.
We are unable to make enquires about your package if it is with customs and under custom clearance. Unfortunately we do not have a timeframe on how quickly customs clearance will complete in your country of delivery. This process can take up to 90 days. If your item is held in customs and if there is a concern about your package, your custom’s officer will contact you directly.
